White-glove service
You sit and talk.
We do everything else.
A done-with-you engagement: personal interviews, professional drafting, family review, and a finished Life Vitae — published, printed, and ready to give.
A conversation, not a contract
We start with a free call about the life you want to preserve — whose story, what matters most, what the finished Life Vitae should hold.
Interviews that feel like visits
We conduct relaxed, recorded interview sessions — by video call or phone — paced for the storyteller. Most lives take three to six sessions.
Drafting in their voice
We turn the conversations into chapters, wisdom, letters, and a timeline — always in the storyteller's own voice, never ours.
Approval, chapter by chapter
You and the storyteller review every section. Nothing is final until you say it is; nothing is ever published without consent.
Delivery, in every form
A published Life Vitae at its own address, a printed keepsake, and a QR card that ties the physical world to the story. Done.
Common questions
Who is white-glove for?
Families who want the story captured well but don't want to manage the process — busy adult children, families spread across time zones, or storytellers who simply prefer being interviewed by a person.
Can you work with someone who has passed away?
Yes. Memorial engagements weave together family interviews, testimony, photographs, and records into a dignified Memorial Vitae.
How long does it take?
Most engagements complete in four to eight weeks, paced by the storyteller's comfort.
Who owns the result?
Your family does — the account, the page, the print files, all of it. We're the producer, not the publisher.
What does it cost?
Engagements are quoted individually based on scope — number of interview sessions, testimony gathering, and print runs. The conversation about it is free.
Start the conversation
No commitment — just a conversation about the life you want kept.
